Need to get your Daughters and Sons ready for the upcoming season? HoopKidz & HoopElite presents our Fall Pre-season Basketball Workouts beginning October 19th. Both Boys & Girls, ages 8 thru HS Srs. can now get ready for the 09/10 Basketball season with a series of individual and small group intense workouts designed to players through Basketball Skill development work, conditioning, and Plyometric training. Each session is 1.5 hrs and offered in Bowie and our new Annapolis area location. This is the first time this specialized training has been offered outside of our Select Top HS and College players program. This is a great re-introduction to Basketball training & conditioning for young players involved in Soccer, Football, and Lacrosse this fall. Six workout sessions offered on Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Friday. Flexible time bookings from 4 to 7 PM.
